Performers: Lillia Betz

Lillia Betz attended the Conservatory in Paris, France for ten years focusing classical piano studies and won prizes in national exams for Solfege and Counterpoint. The Sound Studio of the Cite de la Musique in Paris chose her as an intern when she was fourteen years old. Lillia’s travels include Europe, America, Africa and Japan. She received honors and obtained the highly regarded International Baccalaureat in French and English. Lillia entered Berklee in 2009 and in 2010 she joined the Electronic Production and Design Department. She was selected to do an internship with Paramount Studios in 2010 and had the privilege of going to Cuba with the Beklee Interarts Ensemble in May 2011. The Cubadisco Festival featured her contemporary classical composition for piano and strings, performed by students from Conservatorio Esteban Salas. In Havana, her first modern dance piece was broadcast on international television.
